August 12th eclispe 2026

The Solar Eclipse will occur in the United States around 1 pm on the 12th, here in Nashville in which the Moon will block out the Sun for about 2 ½ minutes. But this Divine Celestial event will only be partially seen in our northern states. The total eclipse will take place in Northern Russia then works its way down through Iceland, Greenland and then through Portugal and Spain where it becomes total. 

Solar Eclipses occur when there is a New Moon which happens every month but about every 18 months the Moon will block out the Sun in total causing an eclipse that would be visible somewhere on earth. 

This will occur at 20 degrees in the sign of Leo. This sign rules those that are in positions of power. That’s why Leo is ruled by the lion which is the king of this jungle. So, this becomes a potent agent of divine judgement.

The Moon is female which gives birth and is not only a point of reception, but a point of release or the excretion of unwanted left over material or emotional baggage that one has carried from one lifetime to the next. Even though the Moon is 400 times smaller than the Sun, the size is not an indicator of its importance. It mirrors the future but is known to bring what looks like an ominous message that causes one to add further fears to their daily life.  This heavenly conjunction wants to get into the raw ingredients of your DNA and stimulate one to start cleaning out the closets of your psychological self. So, it is not here for a casual conversation. 

While this brings tension and anxiety affecting one’s conscious faculties it brings to the surface a moment of realization and at times inspiration for it summons one’s divine essence to the surface that helps one move forward from their present status, separating oneself from that which they have outgrown and no longer serves them.

The Moon is about change, the planting of new seeds, which means it’s time to activate new experiences once issues are resolved. The Moon lifts the tides so some of you need to become more fluid in embracing a new signature in rewriting a new and more authentic chapter that has been incubating within the womb of your soul. 

Most of us are aware that a crisis comes into our life to produce growth, but what does one need to let go of or thin out, of your existing paradigm to move forward. So, take a moment and let your feelings and emotions come to the surface in a loving way and then send yourself a Hallmark card that welcomes you with a new sense of adventure.

The birth of a greater essence of the self as one moves forward from their present status because one is separating from that which no longer serves the present you.

As the Moon blocks out the Sun, a time to let go of that which has outlasted its life span but causes you to keep holding on to outdated patterns of living that are slowly turning you into a mannequin to that which has outlast its relevance. So, a time to release many pent-up emotions that can cause even literal earthquakes, but it deals with emotions and feelings that have become fossilized. The seeds of change demand full expression in fabricating your intentions. 

So, take a moment and go outside and sit with Mother Earth. Let Her help you to become more fluid in embracing a new signature as you go through a reset and begin writing a new biography that is much more exciting. With the release of these emotional toxins starts a new revolution of excitement, and adventure as one sees through the veneer’s life.
